In maintaining healthy skin, it's also important to follow these simple tips:

 

drink water & exercise• Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water is great for keeping the skin hydrated.

• Do some form of exercise – walking, running, biking, swimming, aerobics, etc. – for at least 30 minutes a day.

• Eat at least 3 servings of fruits and vegetables every day. Proper nutrition is also imporant for the health of your skin.
